Handy walking tip

When you are starting out on a walk, check your equipment before you go

 This rucksack looks fine from the front...

...and from the back

 

























...but if I had looked more closely, I would have discovered this strap had been eaten right through...

...."Who me?". Studiously avoids the gaze.

Top tip: Best not leave stuff in the hall on your return from walking.
