Kinver Edge

A quick trot round my absolute favourite ever walk on Sunday. Kinver Edge 1.5m circuit

Autumn has been very slow this year, because there have been no frosts. Each species of tree is changing at a different rate, rather than altogether, which produces a real spectacle
The sun came out as we walked

Looking back over to the maize maze, still doing business - quite late this year.

 Reaching the summit
Beautiful location for a seat - looking over to Titterstone Clee. It has a distinctive radar dome on its summit - not really visible from this distance
Further on, as we watched, a cloud obscured the view back to the Black Country: I later found that it was a massive rainstorm.
This is the view towards central Dudley, still in sunshine - the rain got there slightly later.
