A walk along the River Avon from Welford to Stratford on Avon

While I am away at School Camp, you might like to see these pictures from a walk I did in t he summer.

It was from Welford on Avon to Stratford along the river.

There are some lovely houses in Welford.

 

 The walk was 4 miles out and 4 back

 Welford Church...

... with its beautiful, semi wild churchyard.

Nearer to Stratford, the river is navigable

I never seem to see teasels these days, so this was an unusual sight for me

This walk was very easy to follow. Just park in Welford and follow the well-signposted path.
